Adding a Quiz

Socratease Quiz

A Quiz can be used to assess users. Socratease has many features that allow you to easily create and conduct quizzes. You can add any of our Content Screens to your quiz, set a Timer, enable automated grading or manually grade the responses, and more!

Adding a Quiz

1. From your CMS Homepage, click on the New button under Quizzes. You may then skip to Step 7 below.
2. If you are inside a Course, click on "Add Unit" and select Quiz.
3. You can add a Title, Thumbnail, and Instructions for test-takers. 
4. Additionally, you can also add a timer to the quiz by setting the "Time". If auto-submit is selected, the test gets submitted as soon as the time ends.
5. If you want to use LaTeX to render equations, select that option.
6.  Click on "Create Unit" to create the Quiz.
7.  Select the question type that you want. You may see all our question types here.
8.  You can add more questions by clicking on "+" or "Add Questions".
9.  Click on Save to save the content.
10.  You can use the Preview and Share icons at the top.
