List Other Units

As users access your content, enabling this setting shows users a sidebar that lists other content in the Course. This is similar to seeing a video playlist on Coursera, Udemy, etc.

If your course has a lot of content that you want organized better, you can use Modules. This article explains how content is organized in Socratease. If you have more than 10 or so units, having Modules may be useful
