## Custom Start
You can use this feature to add an introductory page before the quiz begins. You can feed any valid HTML into the HTML code section and that HTML will be rendered.
## How to use Custom Start
When you open a Quiz as an admin, the URL will be of the form `/cms/units//`, where \ will vary. To this URL, add **/custom-start **at the end. If your URL after opening the quiz is **https\://socratease.co/cms/units/abcd** the new URL will be **https\://socratease.co/cms/units/abcd/custom-start ** We have a screenshot below.
1. The HTML code on the page can be edited to change the image, image dimensions, and text.
**For image: **Change the link in `src="link"`
**For image dimensions: **Define the width and height by changing the numbers in the underlined part of the code `style="width:``670``px;height:``190``px"`
**For text: **Insert your text in this part of the code. `Ready to find out how good ` `your Business Communication really is?`
2. The preview window on the right shows you the changes in the image and text based on different device. Use the highlighted icons in the image to toggle between mobile, tablet and desktop preview respectively.
