### What is Document?

The document is used to upload a pdf document, and based on the document, different questions can be asked. The document can contain anything like comprehension, a passage, or a picture.

### How to create Document?

1. Select the content type **Document** from the drop-down menu.
2. Enter the Description Text that a user will see (optional).
3. Upload the PDF file.
4. Set the **Points** **Per Question**.
5. Enter Question Title (optional).
6. Select the type of question you want to ask from the drop-down. 
7. Set the points for each question.
8. To add more questions under the Document, click on the '+' icon on the right side of the screen (marked with a green arrow in the screenshot below).
