what is document? the document is used to upload a pdf document, and based on the document, different questions can be asked the document can contain anything like comprehension, a passage, or a picture how to create document? select the content type document from the drop down menu enter the description text that a user will see (optional) upload the pdf file set the points per question enter question title (optional) select the type of question you want to ask from the drop down set the points for each question to add more questions under the document, click on the '+' icon on the right side of the screen (marked with a green arrow in the screenshot below)
